Angel Ramirez , PTA, FAFS, CSCS
Angel Ramirez earned his bachelor’s degree in Natural Science from Loyola Marymount University (LMU). He graduated from the Cerritos College Physical Therapist Assistant program. He is currently taking prerequisites to continue to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Angel was a student athlete at LMU and played rugby abroad in France and the Cayman Islands.
Angel completed an 8-week clinical internship at Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center and worked with stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury patients. He is certified in Applied Functional Science and completed the fellowship in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute, which honed his skills in biomechanical movement analysis and allows him to create functional exercise programs for patients of all skill levels.
Angel enjoys creating custom functional exercise programs and restoring function for patients of all skill levels. He has a passion for treating orthopedic and sports injuries for the general population.
